Making the Most of Your Land
Sustainable Forestry
We help landowners sustainably achieve the most value from their woodlands without compromising forest health for future generations. From wood byproduct and strategic timber sales, to responsible timber harvesting and sustainable forest management, we partner with clients to ensure their forests are fruitful for generations to come.

Sell Your Timber
Our team of experienced foresters works with landowners to prepare timber for sale, develop a responsible harvesting plan and leverage our long-term relationships to return the fullest value from timber yields.
Wood Residuals
To minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency, we buy wood byproduct from sawmills and in-wood chipping sites to use for papermaking and energy production. With 24-hour unloading facilities, year-round consistency and logistical assistance, we make lumber byproduct sales easy.
Timber Harvesting
Our professional team of foresters provides full harvesting services from tree marking, to obtaining permits, to timber cutting. We work closely with landowners to determine the most appropriate type of timber harvesting, depending on the condition of the forest, financial goals and reforestation requirements.
Forest Management
Responsible forestry is critical to protecting the soil, water resources and wildlife now and into the future. Our team works with landowners to identify the differing species of flora and fauna; assess erosion, insect and disease risks; and plan both the harvesting of timber stands and cultivation of new stands for future growth.

Proposal to Payment
We provide a proposal, harvesting services and flexible payment options — and no commission is taken from your sale.

Timberland Stewardship Partners
We work with landowners with a minimum of 10 acres of timberlands in the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee.
Our Forestry Certifications
We’ve achieved a number of forestry chain of custody certifications that ensure the fiber used to make our paper is responsibly sourced from well-managed forests and noncontroversial sources.
Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC)
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international nonprofit founded in 1993 to promote environmentally responsible, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests. FSC does this by setting a worldwide standard of recognized and respected principles of forest stewardship.
Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®)
The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to sustainable forestry that sets standards on responsibly managed forests. Forests that meet this SFI standard are managed by a comprehensive program that integrates reforestation with the conservation of air and water quality, soil, and biological diversity.
Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC)
PEFC is an independent, nonprofit, nongovernmental organization, founded in 1999, which promotes sustainably managed forests through independent third-party certification. The PEFC provides assurance that wood for certified timber-based products comes from forests that are ecologically, socially and economically sustainable.
