    How long does it take to activate my shipment tracking account?

    Account activation typically takes up to 48 hours after you submit the registration form. 

    What shipment updates will I receive?

    You'll receive email notifications with key shipment milestones, including pickup, in-transit updates, and delivery confirmation. 

    Do tracking links expire?

    No. Tracking links remain active and do not expire.

    I signed up, but haven't received any tracking emails. What should I do?

    Check your spam or junk folder and ensure emails from NoReply@UberFreight.com are allowed by your organization's email system. If you're still not receiving notifications, contact Pixelle Customer Service.

    Can I track international shipments?

    At this time, shipment tracking is available for U.S. domestic shipments only.

    Can multiple people from the same organization receive shipment updates?

    Yes. Multiple contacts from the same organization can register to receive shipment tracking notifications.
